In order to quote your project, we need to visit the job to get measurements and get a feel for the scope of your project. This is where you tell us what your ideas are and the styles you like. If you already have a design, we can review it and your selections to create a proposal.
Our designers create a preliminary layout for estimating purposes to help you create a budget for your project. We then schedule a time to review the designs and discuss any changes. This can be done remotely if necessary.
This is the fun creative time. Cabinet styles and finishes are selected along with ountertops and sink styles. It is also important that appliances have been decided upon at this point as well as they can have an impact on cabinet and countertop fabrication and installation.
This is our process to clearly define the scope of work to be performed along with the selections and pricing for your project. If this is acceptable and we can meet your scheduling needs, we will then execute the agreement to order the materials to start the project.
Some projects require the removal and demolition of the existing kitchens and some are already ready to go. If the home is occupied, we do our best to schedule the demolition of the existing kitchen in the same week as the installation of the new cabinets. In most cases, the countertops and sinks are then installed within 5 business days of the installation of the new cabinets.
